The National Utilities Diversity Council (NUDC) has reappointed Lori Murphy Lee, Sr. Manager, Regulatory/Legislative Affairs, to serve on its Board of Directors for another four-year term.
“I’m proud and honored to once again be selected to serve on the board of an organization that brings together the best in our industry to further diversity” said Lee.
The nonprofit National Utilities Diversity Council conducts research to educate, develop best practices and guide efforts that will promote diversity in the utilities and communications industries in the areas of governance, employment, procurement, language access/customer service and philanthropy.
“NUDC’s mission is purposeful, and serving on the board continues to provide me with invaluable tools and education to help spur additional initiatives here at PJM, where I continue to serve as a diversity champion,” said Lee. Lee has been actively engaged with advancing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging efforts in the energy sector since she served on the District of Columbia Public Service Commission.
