Kevin Narcomey is the Founder and CEO of Osceola Consulting. He is a former executive partner with one of the major global consulting firms and brings over 30 years of experience in management consulting, information technology, and large-scale business transformation programs.
Kevin founded Osceola Consulting in 2006. As an American Indian and member of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, Kevin applied for and received certification for Osceola Consulting as a minority-owned business enterprise (MBE) in 2007. Kevin has leveraged his consulting experience and industry relationships to actively grow the business as a leading diverse supplier of consulting services to the Utilities industry and other cross-industry sectors. Kevin has also been a leader in community and economic development including such efforts as the opening of Osceola’s technology services center on the Morongo Indian reservation in Southern California.
Kevin earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985, and a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1983. Kevin is on the American Lung Association - San Diego Leadership Board, where he was Volunteer of the Year in 2019.
