Marie Waugh, Director

Chief People Officer, Digicel

Marie Waugh is the Chief People Officer at Digicel. She previously served as PG&E's Vice President, Chief Talent, Culture, and Inclusion Officer since 2022.

Waugh is responsible for leading the company's efforts to recruit and retain the diverse workforce PG&E needs to deliver a safe, reliable, and resilient energy future for the 16 million people it serves in Northern and Central California.

Waugh has held numerous human resources leadership positions with global environmental, energy and financial companies. She joined PG&E after serving as Chief Human Resources Officer for APTIM, a global environmental services company, where she oversaw the company's nationwide HR and DE&I strategies. Before that, Waugh served as Senior Vice President for SUEZ, a water utilities solutions company, and
oversaw the company's North American human resources, environment, health and safety strategies and programs.

Waugh graduated with a bachelor's in business administration and marketing from Baruch College in New York.
